Offset Excavating was hired to take on the full scope of this project. Kicking off Demolition in early May of 2025 we were able to clean up this lot that had a massive house and shop with a few detached garages. Once we had a clean slate, the groundwork commenced bringing another homeowner’s dream home to life! We successfully completed the Demolition, Excavation, Cribbing, Backfill, Power installation and driveway prep for another build contracted by Launch Homes.
